If I’m not wrong, and correct me if I’m, as, once Mr. Trump tweeted somewhere b/w 2016-19 (maybe not in the exact words) that, ‘they are not sending their best……” whilst being the sitting President. Now, this one sentence to me elucidates many things, whether w.r.t. to ICH’ONE’BEE, or, (e)(i)mmigration itself, or global economic evolution.

Expand this, as an example for any nation, and you now require something that defines scope, foundation, structure, and working principles of any country, even if it’s unofficial, like in the case of Britain.
