Like one who conjoins philosophy & quantum theory,while not being a Physicist;

A ritual, once a decade, shalt traverse the path from Boom to Bust

These 'Streets' honor some, turn some to dust

Few clamored since cosmic conception, Hey! We are Innovating

Ended up bundling opulence via outsourcing & flesh trading

Hearts melt, discerning the fluctuations in the Fee

When any power house passes bill for Tier 1, L-1 or H1-B

Not a single day pass when surveillance does not father privacy

Net or content is controlled, not democratically but discretionarily

Sky, sea or land, nothing would come in betwixt

Wherever you dwell, your Net shalt be fixed

My feeble God doesn’t know me, indeed, won't be found either when searched;

What any quintessential Tech Industry & Ors can tell in one single touch

Proudly many say, affined to Testing, Hiring or Support

Prejudice shalt be if not being referred to as Engineering Blokes

Metallurgical or Biotech or kindred to an unassociated deck, who cares

Show us any cleared pattern, Associate thou shalt be declared

Those who stand in the middle, might be defeated by Autonomous,

Metal Beings would replace flesh, not souls, & gratify few Prosperous

But not a myth, with time, this industry has progressed & thrived,

Transformed terra, bestowed 24 hours of connectivity & globalized

Some compelling noble propositions & endeavors, will uplift spirits

Science & Technology, truly, a blessing to mankind, with no limits

Diversity

We follow this general conception of putting the onus on only few nations/people/clan to practice the concept of Diversity. But we never acknowledge this fact as why others have out rightly failed to implement the same principle in their own culture or land or organization. And if that’s the priority or of utter importance, shouldn’t that be a global order in general that should be followed? Right?

Whether Gender or Ethnic, Clan or Creed, if this concept is supposed to inculcate distinct ideas from diversified people from different backgrounds & experiences which furthermore transmutes the prospects of any organization or nation or people, then it is indeed an indispensable concept. Right? But then another question ensues! In an era of globalization, why we question the integrity of only few on the said concept? What about others who too are well heeled by the grace of nature & mother earth? I hope you all understood whom I am referring to.

Not a myth that this noble concept certainly helps in modernization & refines the putrid values too. Or else, would be selfsame to living in a stagnant pond with an inherited belief gone rotten, with this inception that the whole universe exists inside this pond. Moreover, where distinct healthy opinions are not debated, those nations or societies undoubtedly never prosper. But then isn’t it inappropriate, questioning or pointing the conduct of those who are at least practicing this ideology by giving it a larger scope? And if this principle is unviable, then no point debating further. Right?

Ok! What about who do succeed in becoming the part of any organization/nation, as the direct recipient of this principle. Do they follow the same conduct in their individual life? And when separated, do they imbibe & practice this theory by not only supporting their own clan or region but also giving individuals an equal opportunity of distinct clans or regions, who too are in need? Or do they overlook this concept by doing more for their own clan or cult or nation rather doing it for others with this mere intention to establish a status in their own nation or community or whatever? No idea! But this should also be taken into account. And do they preach the same concept in their own land or organization too? Also there exists a snag as who should reflect such issues. Projectors? :)

I am a feminist. INDEED! But there are some who take the advantage of the supra theory, to fulfill their own objectives. My apologies! But I have myself witnessed Exceedingly Qualified women & their conduct, as turning savage, against an innocent woman colleague. Appalling! Vile! And I failed to discern the reason, Why? And that’s not the end. There are plenty of selfsame instances available. Furthermore, their target is always weak women who either don’t have any backup or support. So the whole concept of gender diversity shouldn’t be discerned in verbatim. Those who truly deserve should also be the recipient. Never Mind!

Thence, this should be a collective effort. Don’t be judgmental or condemn a particular section of the society or land for not following this principle at large. Admittedly, there is a moral obligation to reach out & assist those who are in need. But others too cannot escape from this responsibility for not including distinct ideologies in their own land or organization, if there exists some expectations. Remember: No land provides 100% robust value or cultural system & no ideology is 100% refined. It is something what is good, is good, irrespective of how much profit or loss it makes :)

Season 3:

Education: Role of Academicians :)

And so the question ensues: Expectations of change from whom?

Usually people say, so what, in every nation conditions or problems kindred to this subject either subsist or the system is muddled up. But tell me one thing, is it necessary for any economy to copycat occasionally or always! Why can't one introduce a new concept which is More Effective & Less Bureaucratic?

If someone comes out & officially declare that Education Sector is an 'Industry' to make Juicy Profits, verily, I won't refute. Never Ever. And would undoubtedly accept it. But when one starts categorizing, segregating on the basis of that, then I have a problem, Indeed!

I understand, there exists numerous vested interests & concerns of stake holders, that includes Print/Electronic Media (revenue related) in this sector. Means coaching centres for one exam targeting even children who are hardly in 6^th grade. Is this justified? Or let's say Academicians aspiration wanting to join Institutes post retirement either as Directors or Deans or as part of the Academic or Governing Council discussing the Institutes Balance Sheets. Fair Enough! But like a slave, serving those, who holds a bottle & stick in their one hand & gun in another! Can such Academicians bring change? Or those whose backbones have become so stiff, don't know why (Robots are far better), that instead of understanding student grievances, they are more interested in playing Bureaucracy, can they bring change or could they even be considered as good teachers? Or their aspiration of becoming OSDs to guard existing policies without any longing for transforming it? 

Now, it's not a blanket assumption, but sadly, the environment is more populated with such figures. But it is also not a myth that: "It's immensely arduous to find a good Teacher".

Obviously, one can't expect a guy who is trained in C++ to design circuits. He has to be first trained in Embedded/VLSI tech. for 6M - Year. Thence, I am not amalgamating Schooling or Training with Education & then categorizing & stamping the identity as the dependable ones.

It's a general understanding in the Education Industry that one can lose any Academician in the midterm as one can find many Asst./Asso. Profs. in the market, anytime. But they can't take any chance losing any student NOT because the so called Academicians want any student to complete the whole term, but more on the ground that they CANNOT afford to lose the subsequent semesters FEES from that student. And even if they lose so, it's not the Institute but the Student who is more affected. Ok! Did this pattern help in changing the conditions of many parts on Terra who are/were facing economic/ideological/civil crises or execution of any sustainable diplomatic resolutions?      

I have the highest regards for teachers, good administrators & academicians. As I know only they have power to change the world. But they also need to change their outlook & stagnant ideology while defining Credibility. Remember Kahn & his orgies or Pachauri?

Thence, is this a whole network or nexus, good or bad, you decide. I know, I am standing alone. But as long as this mindset would proliferate & I know which would from corporate to communities, occasionally, good words from my end would always be pondered upon it.

And BTW, there should be Evolution by Passion; Not by Compulsion :)

The Land

The order directed men to accept a verdant land

To question this myth would be a sin, to many you would offend

A land is flourished by the inhabited beings, indeed

It's animated flesh not soil who fails the entire creed

Irreplaceable nature apportioned equally, shielded distinct lands for prolong

Some enriched it with smiles & some, bathed with melancholy songs

Profusion of lands exist, where one can relish the effulgent side of sphere

Why only few keep it alive, with modest heart they care

What glories would be won, failed to fathom this fact

What could be disentangled by humble words, but like a wall they react

Remember! No one leaves the land: conduct of fellow Beings they leave

Some abandon it for ebullience; some take this voyage in grief

If exists constancy towards the sanctity, then why being antagonistic

What’s called allegiance in actuality are perfidious actions & tricks

Though time moves slow, admittedly, truth would be unveiled

For insolence, who knows, even precious nature may shed this burden for good & be freed;

Won’t be dishonourable to look above & beseech them to descend

To unshackle the minds of soulless flesh; bring this squall to an end

Exists no quandary which could not be resolved

But it's the manufactured identities who misuse them like pillars to evolve

What if subsisted behind the inception of cosmos, a cause

Surely then time would accord sanative, releasing them from malevolent claws :)

Effect on Faith Post Rendezvous with our ET Mate! Just a Thought!

And one day they came on this land, said, mangle one other, salvation thou shall receive;

All followed the path until none was left, as the proffer was made to decoy, to deceive :(

Faith! Indeed an essential facet of life. But contritely, some reservations could be submitted. Not because of sarcasm or frustration or out of anger or with any filthy motive or accustomed propensity, but to confer a whinge to that one or many conveying a message to fathom: Exactly who failed whom?

Never Mind. Imagine! Our rendezvous with ETs. We don't know yet how they would treat us. Like: Acquaintance /Friends / Cousins / Family / Foes. Who knows? Or maybe Beings working on projects kindred to this specific subject already know. Whatever! But the most significant aspect to observe would be what if they add more questions in our quest ( for which some humans have submerged themselves (scientifically or otherwise) in finding the truth about our origins) & questions the selfsame query: Why? How? When? & For What? Well that would be a staggering moment. But still Faith breathes. Yup! Faith Breathes. Coz neither them or us would be knowing at that particular instance in this unimaginable vast universe the precise location of that one or many who knows the answers of the secrets about all this cosmic saga. But the faith & hope indeed breathes.

But what if they unravel those untold facts or stories & affirm our evolution with some already existing/non existing theories, which contradicts faith. Now here it would need some oxygen. Though those who believe would continue to believe but only till certain extent (work / clan related or otherwise).

Considering the latter case, what if we comprehend the truth. Envision the order. When we don't know yet about anything, just contemplate the conditions around. Now presume, what if secrets are unravelled & all existing/non-existing scientific theories are proven correct contradicting faith, then how Beings would react? Precisely, credence on: soul, heaven, hell etc. would all perish on a larger gamut.

Still only time would unveil the truth in distant future. But undeniably, till then, hope & faith would breathe. As it's a trust that Beings put in someone up there & feel protected by some sort of cosmic backing. That includes anything. Not necessarily it works all the time or it even works at all, but still the belief survives with hope.

BTW, recently I read an article in which Eminent Physicists & Philosophers have put an interesting theory forward that, might be, we all live in a Simulator & this Universe is a Fake. If that's true & we are all patternists in this universe, residing in a matrix, as suggested by them, then I would definitely wait for that right source from someone to wake me up into the real world  :)

It's All About Projections!

So it's always Ideology over Truth; Faith over Patriotism; Clan over Populace; Ackers over Justice.

Let's go back in time, may be hundreds of years back. Those Beings or Individuals who just for the sake of expanding their empire & indulged many in barbarous battles & wars with illogical aspirations, are still being acclaimed as 'great' or 'undefeatable' or 'charismatic'. And are never in actuality recognized by their rapacious or fiendish demeanor. But how it all happened? Thanks to the projections made by the people who were being given the charge to project someone's identity the way they were being told to do so or according to their inherited ideology as the populace were ignorant. And this has not changed even in the present times, instead it has proliferated like a weed. Interestingly, PR worked in both the times. :)

Ok! so what if, today, someone unfolds the selfsame mien with illogical reasons, what would you call them? Great; An avaricious; or a Psychopath? Well that would again depends upon how the identity is reflected. And as this can't be denied that: Do 99 bad things & just reflect yourself with 1 good deed, you are no less than divine. And do the opposite, your integrity always exists with a broken spine, undeniably Beings embraced with the former belief are more cushioned with backers than the latter.

And that's not negativity. It's the reality. Of course those who believe in the ideology of 'me & my clan first', would call it negative, mundane etc. Thence, why lie on this existing fact. Perceptions!!!!

Admiring someone's work differs from admiring 'fanatically' any person. But it's being practiced in the opposite manner. As the minds are disillusioned to the extent by their projections by the projectors that even a single word used by the former becomes as the discovery/invention of the century. Seems like they receive pampering sessions from the projectors daily. And please don't tell me this is wrong. That's why most of the places still struggle for basic necessities & people there only survive, don't live because neither the work of the projected people have helped in changing the lives or minds of the populace nor they strive to do so by themselves. But it too is plausible that both work & person could be admired if the intentions of the latter is compelling. But again if their disciples believe in only one theory, why not consider them as your Creator & seek revival from them of any location coz indirectly license to do anything has already been accorded to them.  

As one thing we may learn that even if you infuse profound schooling/ackers in someone's life, you would never be able to change the acquired mentality (good or bad) of anyone. That's kinda static. Means the former only refines, never transmutes :)

Education Starvation! A Very Common Perspective Re-defined.

Problem lies when Academicians aspire to join Business/Politicking Clan; And the latter wants to be God;

Under their Policies suppressed are the two: Common Beings & their Feeble Lord;

Most of the Policies instill Fear among the Students and not Education. And most of the Beings end up as Schooled not Educated.

I remember I read an article in which an ex top employee of a blue chip company had said that the employees are actually properly trained somewhere else. Here only basic hard, stand alone paper is provided. What if, even for second, we accept that’s true. Then there's an issue.

Lets start with the Coaching Classes. Never understood the concept of as why students spend/ or are forced to spend on private coaching/ tuition classes/centers. Then our Schools for what? From before admission to any institute till clearing any entrance exam, in plenty of the cases you would find that most of the students end up spending thousands of ackers which obviously does not involve their subsequent starter, main course & dessert fee.

So if the target of the life at any location revolves around at receiving the pattern ( +3/4 etc.) format, where they are only served in this static structure and even if beholding a less would collapse the entire anatomy, sending the recipient back to square one coz of unavailability & non implementation of the credit structure, then why not just appear for a bridge exam of +2 directly and spend your ackers & time for years in private coaching/tuition institutes, as they prepare for competitive exams well & then, just sail. Or is it more than that? 

Competition is necessary for growth of any organization/location. But what if the basic rights are taken away?

For instance, why not a credit system? Why it is in +2,+3/4 etc. pattern & and why not the asset format where every sem./subject passed becomes the assets of the Students? So let the base remain +2. Add to each subject/sem. passed be added to the Students assets. And these are irrevocable even if the whole pattern is not completed. And later at any time the pattern (which should be defined with the minimum credits), can be cleared anywhere, obviously subject to the availability. Yeah but not from the same institute where previously enrolled as there this contingency clause could be mentioned as to preserve the value of that institute also. This would actually extirpate that fear factor among students.

And why not give additional 3-5% who have prepared by their own or have attended free coaching classes for any competitive exams. Why? Now this would ensure equality. As any person, who could not afford any private coaching classes or test series and have cleared by himself/herself would be given higher preference than who had gone through the coaching class module. And how it can be done? Ask them for Affidavits! Simple. Give token nos. to every coaching classes which would enroll all names. This would confer more confidence. And furthermore any other course taken or done would only enhance the assets of any student.

But then again why not the selection process can be switched to taking into account the maximum Assets Earned + PI + perceiving the aptitude of the person whether the course module adopted by that individual is just to complete pattern/credits or in actuality the interest of that person lies to gain that specific knowledge. Let the student prove he/she deserve to be trained in that course.

And why can't the Industry decide independently. If food is the basic necessity, then education too. Then if someone is not authorized to decide the everyday's menu of someone else, then why can't that be implemented in Education also? Those who want to sip. Let them sip. Those who want to gallop, give them a free hand. The only difference would be the former would take more time to attain minimum assets required to be trained in higher courses, subject to availability, comparing to the latter. But certainly it won't become void-ab-initio at any level. Why innumerable procedures?

Alas! If the populace are evolved as the only thing they aspire to make things complicated & procedural which is again toilsome to accomplish.

And as rightly said by someone. Live to Express Not to Impress :)

Can Robots & Humans co-exist? A Human Thought!

Innumerable people succumb to medical anomalies coz either they can’t afford treatment or due to unavailability of the medical teams & doctors. Now envision where with deployment of any Humanoid assistance, medical relief reaching to people in need, everywhere, at minimal cost, and to some places, for unlimited time in future. This is just a single case scenario.

Ok! So how homosapiens landed on Terra. Only theories exist. First the Evolution one, corroborated with science, and secondly, the Cosmic Power one, corroborated with faith. But they are not ‘absolute’ affirmations. But still prevails one commonality between them: Environment. And because of this auspiciously balanced natural phenomenon, life exists and flourishes. The Universal truth is, we cannot control Nature, and in future too, we would never be able to control it. What probably our actions might do in the end one day is, obliterating it, for our own selfish needs, which furthermore shall never be restored again with any substitute.  

The concept of Robots coexisting with Humans is not to prove humans can behave like any cosmic power, but to effectuate the system to bestow basic needs & necessities to people, forbidden from such care, which do not reach at least in the present circumstances to everyone, even in the most flourished places, and later could be administered.

Thence, it can be defined as: Humans creating an environment for the existence of Humanoids/Robots, with the reset/control command remaining with humans. Means, not assigning or delegating absolute authority to them, but programmed in a way to fulfill the needs of the Humans in need, or at the most assisting in accomplishing important tasks, but never to be treated like slaves.

Now, the responsibility lies on whom in achieving this? Not on one country or state but rather on all those countries/states who could at least afford in investing in such work to initiate research.

From basic administrative assistance, where then you don’t have to wait for years, and just wait & wait & further, wait, even for a meticulous work, till security concerns & measures, Humanoids assistance would only make the system robust. Utmost what would happen? The Contrived Pragmatism will transmute into Absolute Pragmatism. 

Ok! Did Humans really evolve like Humans? Answer yourself.

So when it comes to the values and conduct and conscience part of the Robot, in emergency, I am sure Scientists/People skilled in the said art, would be able to deal with the said situation, like redesigning, and then implementing it: which alas is not available for the humans :)

And with the proliferation of the developing minds love for greediness, and of the developed minds for power, there would be an imbalance in the societal structure and when the basic needs are not fulfilled, issue ensues. And if the Humans can correct this imbalance, as explained supra, then I presume no one would contend for any manufactured specie with selfsame mind.

Peace to Whom the Most? Reasoning or Belief?

What it means to be a True Being, I don’t know. The scientific evolution theory, the mysteries of the big bang to parallel universe, undeniably, are true. As it is based on facts and logics. But after all, they all are just Theories. No one has gone back billions of years or have seen what the Fish exactly happened, before Big Bang or after it. May be our belief in the existence of that someone or many, somewhere, up there, might also be true. The only difference is one wants to find the answers through logic and the latter through belief. 

I am a guy who believes in reasoning, logic & distinct facts. But I am Not an Atheist. There is something where my mind also keeps wishing for the existence of that or any unknown cosmic power :)

So, could we conclude people who believe in divinity are more at peace with profound thoughts as always contended? Many people I have come across (Well Distinct Experiences) who purely believe in the facts of evolution theories & other selfsame insights, somehow, some of them I have found to be contented, but yeah, they all are utterly dry & insensitive. Dry coz they don't believe in souls. Insensitive coz they don't believe in heaven & hell. And those who believe in something or in that someone or many, somewhere, up there, many of them seems to be discontented, with fake sensitivity but subsisting with some emotions. Fake sensitivity coz they feel that someone up there forgives everyone if they pray. And emotions coz they believe in souls. But for sure, nothing exists in Absolute. The contentment part can be switched.  

As contended by a physicist, those events which are rare, we surmise them as miracles, which is actually veracious. Furthermore, it seems preposterous but still logical to have this thought that whether divine beings were or are extraterrestrials that visited Terra once and might visit again! We might discover parallel universe, would be able to make exotic matters & worm holes and might take a trip to see what exists in this universe in the distant future, but how the hypothesis about 'why' and 'for what', would be concluded, I don't know, which in actuality is the utmost knowledge & wisdom one can achieve.

What exactly is being contended here is instead of subsisting with fear about something , one should try to evolve good conscience in their mind, which in true sense proffer peace.    

Ok! It's been said that one shouldn't keep animus towards anyone. Leave it on Karma. That gives quietude. But What exactly is the life cycle of Karma? It’s a profound terminology. But exactly how long one should wait or leave on Karma? The answer might be not available. But still it’s an utterly profound option to follow. Or else what, avenge? Nope. Wrong desire.

Am just comparing only the two sides. The tertiary or any other belief is not encompassed.

So who is at more peace? A being who sheds belief in divinity, emotions and engulf his/her mind with reasoning or logics? Who think his remains would be contributed to flora & fauna? Someone who thinks any kind of attachment is a mere poundage? Or someone who believes in that someone or many, up there, somewhere, who's looking at the deeds beneath deciding the fate, so if you do good, would be loved; do bad, would also be loved but only if you pray;which furthermore inculcate one to have emotions? Or Peace is just a state of mind, a calculated measure which deploys and activates a firewall whenever required which detaches you from all connectivity. Confounding!
