Can Education buy you a Good Character or Wisdom?

It’s a bygone and famed saying that: to know tomato is a fruit is intelligence but not putting it in a fruit salad is wisdom. Not being a sociologist,  it could be surmised but its not absolute that one who has Wisdom, might have a Good Character. But a question ensues! Does Education provide you wisdom or a good character? And I would avow: NEVER!

What Education prepares you for a ‘performance based work oriented management’, where you can through your subject knowledge, which has been vouchsafed to you, outdo to outshine. But do you acquire a good character with the same? Nope and Denounced.

If you closely perceive an ‘Exceedingly Educated’ and an ‘Uneducated’ person, to some enormity you would conclude that, both could defeat each other as who could be best in Being: Selfish or Greedy. The Former because of Competition and the latter of Insecurity. Obviously there are distinct personalities with eminent persona and thus we cannot conclude with this proposition.

As Luthans discussed the difference between an Effective and Successful Managers. Networking played an important role and thence, FB and TW became a hit. Now 600 friends plus a good degree concludes you to be positive and socializing and could hold the responsibility and play a protagonist.  But honestly, can an exceedingly socializing person ever understand the essence of depth, and thus people? Nope.

We admire movies like Wolf of Wall Street coz inside somewhere we loved the persona of the protagonist Jorden coz he has been projected as the same. No publicity is bad publicity, even if it’s negative. What Logic?  In the Theoretical training sessions, we are been taught: 'Learn to say No'! And people take this verbatim and implement it everywhere, using their intelligence, but not wisdom. Mostly we like the position and not the person. The perception changes with the position.That’s intelligence but not wisdom. 

And verily, who propagates such propositions?

Thus, as said by someone: you can buy education but wisdom is a gift from God.

How FB / TW helps in unfolding veracity of your realization!

Being an utter naïve and guileless in valuations, still I support the valuation of Facebook or Twitter, which I presume being criticized by some in the past. And what’s my contention for the same? Its a trivial proposition but a person, not being much into socializing or good in conducing a Hunch, it’s been arduous for him to comprehend and surmise the Feelings or Liking of any individual towards him, if precisely for the said individual, he had/has an exceedingly genuine, good and righteous notion and the former had acknowledged it at one time, and he had/has hitch in asking the same.

And when the cognitive level of deciphering the notion becomes strenuous and paradoxical, FB or TW plays the role. It could be perceived as adolescent, but perceiving::the rejection of your friend request; hiding you from the timeline; over and above that, blocking you, decrypts ciphers and unfolds the feelings and approach towards you by this ‘one time’ conduct of that individual, which may further succor you conducing whether your long pending perception and hunch about her was illusionary or realistic.

This unadorned approach helps you in realization of your belief, no matter how good it is, true or fallacious.

Thence, even $70 a share wont be overvalued, for me, with such unadorned approach in unfolding veracity of your realization.

Being Contented!!!

One of my friend asked me: does emotions pay at work? And I thought, could it be?

'Being Emotional’ might lead you nowhere but towards the lowest point in your career. And precisely, if not towards the lowest point, it wont help you to reach the pinnacle either. WHY?

Most Humans have two ambitions: Either to be the most Successful or Contented.

That doesn't mean a successful man achieves contentment or vice versa.

Verily,its arduous for me to comprehend and acknowledge an ‘Emotional Successful Man’. Instead People follow to be what may be comprehended as Being: ‘Street Smart’ or 'Excessive Pragmatic' or 'Selfish' or 'Egotistical'. And well, that certainly pays you, a lot. Thence, one prefers to be ‘Egotistical’ rather ‘Emotional’. But categorically, two distinct expressions.

'Being Emotional' provides the ability to take responsibility or to stand always for "Good Conduct & Moral Values". And it doesn't cut down on this only. But following the same would certainly give you a gleeful warmth and contentment.

Contrary, 'Being Egotistical' or whatever mentioned herein supra might help you in becoming barefaced, to a certain extent, and proficient in acquiring knowledge of how to stand beside Yourself and assimilate you in taking cognition to follow the best pragmatic approach which would or ought to have or might have paid you as per your expected desires. Nothing Wrong in that too. But, 'Being Human', would such perspective towards life would ever make you 'Contented'? 
I feel...it would Never! It might only create a Cult of 'Being Chameleons'.

For Me, being Independent is:

  For me, being Independent is WHEN:

• I don’t have to be associated with any particular Community to get support of any Political party;
• The Accountability is put on time so that all blame should not be put on the citizens who are the recipient’s of the conduct of any Authority;
• I perceive that every 'Innocent & Good' Single Parent/Divorced Womn live and work freely and laws are there to protect them;
• There are Independent HONESTY GRIEVANCE CELLS in every Organization to protect Honest People who are being victim of Unethical Seniors;
• The Ethics prevail over Profits;
• The Competition is not taken over by Politics;
• The Values get Awarded than Balance Sheets;
• My Free Speech is not being targeted just because I have different notion about something.
• We perceive & discern everything logically, emotionally and practically: rather mathematically.

The contention is, as a part of a system and to be independent; we do not have to isolate ourselves. What we seek is the Independence within the system.

Innocent Women/Honesty Grievance Cell for Organizations!!!! Indispensable.

I will always contend to have a separate INDEPENDENT Women Grievance Cell for Innocent Women in every Organization, be it Public or Private.

The recent Woman IAS suspension fighting for probity worries me a lot.

How about those Women who Fight like her in Corporate or other Organizations?? Either they are Fired or Anguished.

My Contention is: Would any Organization take action against an employee, even after knowing the improper persona or conduct of that person, who brings  huge business to him. NOPE. I don’t know the stats coz I am not sure whether such stats even exists.

And why only concentrate on Women. Why can’t we have HONESTY Grievance Cell in every Organization!

Furthermore, why can’t we have Ethics and Moral Science Training Sessions in every Organization on weekends? That’s indispensable!!

Student-Institute Relationship---is it a Contract?

Well, this is confounding to me. Is any Education Institute's relationship with a Student a Contract? And what does that mean? For non payment of Fees, can an Education Institute ask any guileless student to leave the Institution in the midterm or mid session? What if only a year or two are left for completion?

Can it be perceived as a non payment of remuneration?

Furthermore, is an Education Institute-University relationship a Contract of Agency? Because an Institute provide degrees of some other University who can be perceived as principal.

Thence, can the Student-Institute relationship be comprehended as a Contract?

If Yes, would it be Fair?

And in such cases, what could be the role of the University?

And if it’s fair, it would be utterly unfair!

Retrospective Relief.

Recent SC decision quashing MCI to hold NEET Examination unfolds one more proposition according to my understanding.

It says MCI cannot conduct the NEET Examination but “its verdict will not affect the admissions which have already taken place”. And according to my cognition what does that mean? “A conduct of any Authority in the past, if it was not qualified to commit that, but if it had committed it, should not make the innocent and guileless people, who were the direct recipients of that conduct, get affected. And what does that mean? People can get relief retrospectively too.”

Well, I have not read the entire decision and my opinion purely depends on the news headlines I have perceived. So, validity of my opinion is on “AS IS” basis and is subjected to get changed.

Propound to Abate Dowry Practices!

Why not, to impede dowry, introduce a bill which would state that:

"No person would be allowed to spend more than Five Times of his monthly salary, which includes a businessman’s Five Times of whatever he makes monthly. The Father of the bride should disclose this amount to an Authority (created by the bill) which would also include the gifts transferred. If the Father fails to disclose the correct amount, he would be liable for Fine or any other Simple Punishment. The Groom and his Father would also be be charged with the same punishment. Provided that the Bride’s Father would be allowed to Transfer any property or dibs in his Daughter’s favor, but the said property and monetary sum would always be vested in the Bride’s and her children's favor only."

So how it would affect:

First: People, including Grooms family who compel the Bride’s Family for extravagant expenditure in their daughters marriage would Cease.

Second:It wont put burden on the Bride’s Father for his Daughters' marriage.

Third: This would include Gifts. Thence, one cannot compel or coerce any Man to bestow Indirect Dowry.

Fourth: This would be a faithful marriage as both sides would comprehend each other pellucidly.

Fifth: Both the parties would be required to disclose the expenditure. This would make sure that both the bride’s and groom’s family were not indulged in any sort of dowry act or there was any coercion or pressure from either side.

Sixth: Concluding,if a person is making 1 Crore a month, he would only be allowed to spend 5 Crore on his daughter’s marriage. And a person who is earning 5 Thousand a month, he would be allowed to spend only 25 Thousand on his daughter’s marriage including gifts. Simple.                 

The Legality of any marriage is directly proportional to the Registration of Marriage and Marriage Certificate and Inversely to the sum exhausted. 

Furthermore, I understand, this wont be welcomed by those believing in show-offs or who deem to consider to maintain their mirage or sham image in the society. But trust me, this would certainly abate dowry practices.

Is it a Rightful Revenge?

I am perplexed if I am correct, but what I perceive is, a sense to take REVENGE from each other has started in the last few years.

Ok, so you stood up against the Wrong, and precisely, not followed the orders: Thence, we have invented distinct cases against you. These already existed but were never discovered as we didn’t give importance coz you were neither important nor things were swinging in your favour. But now, we have perceived your popularity and importance, so these issues recuperate importance and are novel inventions. Thence, fight it till infinitude.

When you put a question: why no action for so long against him, when it was in the public domain: as anticipated, No Response.

But the following underneath could be the reasons:

•  How Dare this person stood against the wrong?
•  Forthcoming, his success could be comprehended!
•  Revenge!  

The contention would be. When the issues flare up, the facts should be corroborated and subsequently action should be taken. But saving these issues to dig it in future also unfolds the improper stance of the other party and that could be considered as wrongful motive; Unless the Other Party was financially weak with no power to oppose former.
