Dropouts Want Tier A

Its very amusing to perceive that people who were college dropouts and have become big Entrepreneurs in Technology seeks resume from Tier A Institute only, without any Year Gaps in it. I would comprehend it as not respecting the Intellect.

Slander or Personal Loss!

So, at the time of Background Check in new organization, any old organization or its Managers, mendaciously and deliberately share negative feedback with the recent one, which further diminishes the prospects of the candidate of either getting affirmation from the present one or been purposely and willfully been suffocated at the work so he/she quit by himself. Doesn't it amount to defamation or personal loss?

In my Opinion, Affirmatively YES!

Is the Darwin’s theory changing?

Tell me one parent or guardian who guide their children saying-“son, it’s a beautiful world. You can move out freely, live honestly and you’ll be a successful man".

Whether rape or corruption instances or subsequent comments by some important people on the same in general has confounded and forced me to conclude, if the Darwin's theory is reversing?

Evolution started on this planet overcoming the concept of transmutation of species, slowly but surely from non-life to purely naturalistic modification from common ancestors into human transformation with natural selection that took place with these 2 pounds of brain. Human beings confidence as being the most civilized, generous among all animals on this planet.

The question arises as why, and I presume and perceive, very less attrition rate in the education sector? Follow a sense.

Curiosity

Mars Rover Curiosity finds that planet mars was once awash in water. I think humans in the past would have annihilated that planet and now the descendants are doing the same with Planet Earth.

Come out from your comfort zone! I hope you must have heard this several times from your employer or seniors. But what exactly this mean?

Ok, do you think today, you can work in any corporate in the comfort zone where you have to send every weekend exactly what was your contribution to the company by filling some forms or feedback mails, whatever?

Innovation vs Competition!

Innovation only comes with motivation. No matter what, undeniably ,innovation is an investment and not Philanthropy. Motivation comes when people realize the need of the market. And for innovation, first priority is to seek for the monetary investments. And whats the point if there are no returns in terms of royalty, share or license. The only problem is some following lack of Ethics in Business, just to succeed in competition.
