This is all what they had, to market their Human Resources, and COMPANY’s Standards & Poor’s! Seems, who earn in thousands of Dollars, don’t get FOOD at HOME, or can’t afford! And they ended up DRAFTING the INTERNET POLICIES.  BRAVO! Now you must realize why erstwhile Twitter Collapsed, as an analogy!
