This is amusing! I read this article (Philosopher finds glitch in worldwide patent laws). But, if you go through my blogs on my another blog portal, then not only I’ve found flaws in the Worldwide Patent Laws, but also in the Madrid Procedures, BERNE Convention, w.r.t. Examination Reports issued under the ISA (IPRP, SISA, ISR, or Local FERs), and how they’re in contradiction with the examination reports issued in the Trademark Applications at local laws; and on what grounds the Natural Person / Co-Inventor should include AI and Robots, with respect to Reason and Logic, and many others, and wherein why the AI Systems generating sub-AI Systems should be included under the list of Providers/Deployers/Operators too; First.

Just because I don’t send my writings in any of the formal journals, newspapers; nor I’m a part of academia, corporate or media; and restrict this data further to my own blogs only and furthermore include it in my IP books that I publish separately:

If Mr. Trump Wins, Would He Truly Fulfill The Promise of De-Globalization?

 

De-Globalization is a promise, that’s been anticipated to be fulfilled if Mr. Trump wins. As promises made, promises kept.

But the word is not as simple as it seems. It means upending the present geopolitical order. Yet, I can prove that the World with or without Globalization won’t be much different.

There Was A Problem In The ‘Recruitment Process’ Of -> The ‘Deep’ est State!

 

I’m writing this considering the caption as mere hypothesis & fantasy. It isn’t a wrong idea to have an organization that work beyond territorial limitations to make a better World. But what matter the most is what ‘mindsets + mentality’ being recruited in it / by it / for it!

Firstly, what was the presumed objective of the ‘Deep’ est State:

1.     Centralization;

2.     Control;

3.     Achieve Willful Allegiance of Others; all in the chronological order.

But all the three combinations could’ve never worked together. As wherever there is centralization + control, there won’t be willful allegiance. And wherever there is centralization + willful allegiance, then there no control is needed. Whereas control + willful allegiance can never work together. And my hypothesis is the Recruits should’ve only opted for combination: -> centralization + willful allegiance of all, via the recruitments done as suggested by me herein below:

The Scent of The ‘Deep’est State

 

Such a fresh scent, & faces glowed,

As long as you, ain’t on their payroll;

The smiles, servings, the camouflage,

And how dwells everything in mirage.

In one of my earlier blogs (link as given below), I contended logically why India should completely cut ties with Canada. As once the mismatch in evolution occurs, then, not even in centuries anything can be preserved. Yet, Mr. Modi met Justin in the name of ‘aman & peace’ just alike it was done for decades with Pak, but nothing changed, nor would ever change. Today is Justin, tomorrow would his Political Dynast legacy, with the same set of mentality.

Remember: Rooted Individual Mentality + Mindset -> Never Change!

And recently, what NOBEL Laureates taught us, that, to be Rich & Powerful from the Industrial Point of View, one needs to blend and think from the mentality & mindsets’ of -> Colonialists, Communists, Monarchs, Capitalists, with a pinch of Democratic Values; then the same thing henceforth Leaders’ should also do, who can adopt or transform themselves! Albeit I Can’t!

And after all, we must all abide by such Values & Cosmic Teachings of Laureates!😊

NOBEL IS WRONG!

 

Rich nations became richer not because of inclusivity or equal laws, as there’s no such thing as absolute equality anywhere in the World. Under Monarchs, Communists, Capitalists, nations became rich equally where there’re unequal laws. Whilst Democracies went poorer where there’re equal laws. Striking down affirmative action is one such example that’s been termed to include only merit-based equality, but one needs good amount of investments since childhood to prepare for a merit in most cases, which is again absent under several circumstances. From Stringent Border Controls to Deportations to Currency Dominance to Geo-Political Influence to Investments / Merit Based Immigration to Population Control to Money via Wars or Recessions; all played a role in making a country more richer. You require good investments/credentials to shift to Monaco, Monte-Carlo, U.S., Switzerland, Nordic Nations; but you go to other democracies, where people have the decision-making power, yet where poverty is never going away! South Africa became equal and inclusive, yet, did it become richer? Qatar is Rich! China is Rich! UAE is Rich! Saudi is Rich! Is there democracy?

No One Knows What Consciousness Is, YET……
