IF you leaf through different Linkedin Profiles, you would come across to terms alike being: Life Coach / Mentor / Certification or Diploma in Leadership / Talent Motivator etc.. And amusingly, these are Individuals who’re in their 20s / 30s / 40s. Not to be surprised if you discover many are Teens too, as today everyone’s, either one or all of these. I’m not saying only Elders truly possess these skills. As there’re juvenile 60+ Elders who’re more Hungry, than, Millennials. So, is it merely life experiences (minus professional ones) that makes someone a Life Coach?
