Abraham Lincoln was a self-educated lawyer. Now, just discern the Power & Credibility back then of - Certificate of Moral & Character.

Today…not the latter, what matters is only ALMA MATER :(

Whenever any proposition is accepted in verbatim, obeyed like a command, then sometimes this animated flesh exude scepticism, oozes out thoughts to negate the same, wanting for more & more to analyse & dissect such impugned & confounding contentions only to unleash the fettered perplexity :)

Ok!

Family Giveth Values. Values Maketh Man. Right?

But the question ensues, is really Family==Values?

Indeed! Manners Maketh Man. Values Maketh Man too. But does Family vouchsafe you Values? Always? As this has been contended by many. Or, should this context be taken in verbatim?

Undeniably, the environment in which (don't co-relate it with ackers) you have been born & raised, matter, coz that what makes you, YOU.

There are around seven billion animated flesh wandering. And I hope none among them is T-800 :) So most of them have Families. Right? Then what's the quandary? Well if Family == Values, then why exists janus-faced capitalism, radical socialism, anarchism, oppressive communism, incongruous pluralism.......politically correct journalism :( If Family giveth Values, which further confer Manners, Character & Responsibility unto you, then honestly, why this: chaos, insecurity, greed, revenge, fear - inhabits cognition at an alarming level? Why Values stopped functioning? Before, was it even functional? Or is this absolutely a wrong equation?

From Politicians to Bureaucrats, Businessmen to Working Class, Poor to Middle, Rich to Elite & Royal, if Family (those who have) giveth values, which further uplift value in society (which many contends), then there shouldn't be existing any quandary, anywhere. Right? But that’s not the case. Thence, could it be assumed that there exists a snag in this proposition! So either Families are not providing any Values to the immediate following generation or universally, the definition of Values & Character has been transmuted.

Wondering, where these ‘Value’able animated flesh went wrong?

When you project yourself as a Proud whatever, rank your relationships or chronologically elucidates it, anywhere, thinking, this might project you as a Being who is accorded with high values, character, decency & respect which would further help in upgrading the status at the societal level, then this assumption in actuality is equivocal & imprecise. Just look around once & answer yourself as Why!

But hope, there subsists a Universal definition for Values, Respect, Manners & Decency.

Thence:

Is Family==Values? Well, this is an enfeeble proposition & shalt not be comprehended literally. But Indeed! Values Maketh Man :)

Video Game :)

From Philosophical to Theoretical submissions, which ratified the Simulated Theory,
Vindicated by many, floats in a form of Bits, now no more a Sci-Fi Story; 

Then such a Complex & Pixilated anatomy is of the intelligent animated flesh,

Exude emotions - noble, cunning, cruel; & dwell in this societal mesh;

Who designed & infused souls in this virtual game?

With  innumerous desires, reactionary notions, captured in cosmic frame!

For the Levels shalt be cleared, one by one & day by day,

Dispiriting! As the immediate following only proffer hyper juggernauts; cultural dismays;

Beautiful minds evolved from A. Einstein to S. Hawking,

Enlightened, rescued projections, with Ammo of knowledge & talking,

Were buttressed by eminent Philosophers', their insights & writings;

For limited resources, with divided forces, strike COUNTER STRIKE in this BATTLEFIELD,

Traversed UNCHARTED paths, followed CALL OF DUTY, but the Terra never ever healed;

Not a myth, desolated Dreamers, acclaimed DOERS & Autonomous Metal Beings, who inhabit MMORPG with one aim,

Shalt sail through in OPs to reform & revive lands & cognition for good in this Video Game :)

The Logic Behind This Transmutation

Seems not many anticipated this spontaneous transformation & impetuous ebullition of distinct & divided thoughts which metastasized promptly, illustrating the existence of ambivalence & plights on terra.  

All is flux, nothing is still - Plato

Let’s Generalize!

The world transmuted so drastically & dramatically, it may be presumed that not many  saw this comprehensive change coming: The Order. Technology. Awakening of Nationalism. Battle of Ideologies......Robots.

But the level of confusion elevates whenever Nationalism is discussed or wherever this topic ensues. The recent debate on BREXIT where 17.4 million people voted to leave EU triggered a debate about awakening of nationalism & the averments started pouring calling them of being nationalists, unschooled & uneducated.
Same arguments are projected wherever & whenever this subject crops up.

Look, Indians at the time of Independence greeted & welcomed Democracy, Freedom to All; But Refuted & Disavowed any other form of Rule. They were unschooled/uneducated. They were/are poor. But still they respect Democracy. So, being schooled/unschooled doesn’t matter. Schooling just refines a person & impart necessary skills & eligibility for performance based work oriented management. Nothing more. Nothing less.

One of the biggest quandary is that most of us share ZERO Emotional Intelligence. The concept is only limited to discussing Poverty Porn on weekends, online or offline, Breakups, Aww! And then pretend to have attained the wisdom of sages & legends. And on the other hand, the policy makers, who are only interested in making complex regulations, may be for cognitive orgasms, & infuse the flavor of rigorous bureaucracy in it. Point is, the weak & righteous residents/people succumb to such web or endless protocols. And that creates more dissidence. May be give rise to nationalism. Coz a thought is conceived in the 'Uninformed' mind: is this the way one should evolve? And then, some Schooled & Unschooled animated flesh use this as an opportunity to bamboozle & play with such minds. Condemnable! 

But not a myth, living in Isolation too would send us back in primitive times & our quest to explore Cosmos to unfold our future or reforming lands & minds would be defeated.

But let's take cognition of few facts:

Equality to all Animated Flesh, Indeed!

But too much Political Correctness unveil Controversies.

Nepotism is not Equality. Nor propose Fair Competition.

Not an Intelligent Land where exists too much of Bureaucracy & Regulations. 

Comprehending Theoretically is ‘unequal’ to Discerning Practically.

And as Churchill stated once: To improve is to change; To be perfect is to change often :)

When I was young, My Father, who was a Ph.D, Administrator, Author & later an Academician, once told me, that one may come across to many Vice Chancellors, Professors, Lecturers, Researchers, but he who finds a good Teacher in life, is truly a blessed one. 

Thence, Terra needs Teachers. And Not those Theoretical Preachers :)

Exit!

Is Political Correctness directly proportional to Dissent?

The trust in globalism failed? Or faith in globalization tanked?

A land which ruled the world once, decades ago, celebrated its own independence day through BREXIT. Democratically.

Let's generalize this. 

The trust deficiency might be the biggest quandary, today. When we are emotionally or economically attached to someone or something, we would defend or support it. No matter what! After all, the evolution must follow the principles of Social Darwinism, as taught to us. But from the remaining, we expect 100% transparency & truth. No less, No more. Which subsequently ends up unveiling disagreements. 

If the policy kindred to a land or any intelligent animated flesh (poor/ developing/developed) move from one place to another on terra (poor/ developing/developed) with only one perception in mind i.e. cost-benefit ratio, objections would certainly uprise. Coz one would traverse with an 'only' purpose to make ackers & to escape developing or poor environment & the another in the quest to have Control over it (All Schooled/Unschooled included). In this concurrent process & compulsions, the forgotten section of that particular region, would probably object to such bureaucracy or policies & thus disagreements arise. But not a myth, dwelling in isolation too would gradually send us back in primitive times. 

Thus, the intelligent animated flesh must somehow realize & accept the existence of distinct mentalities & ideologies, whether cherished or disfavored. And considering Terra as one land, with almost everyone militarized & where the trust factor exists nowhere, with thousands of unreliable minds, we must 'still' strive to reform lands & collectively explore the Cosmos rather than keep criticizing this faith which cannot be altered.

Right Inspiration

You fulminate or exult, your own fondness shouldn’t be carried away,

By any Being’s notion, who for his own triumph, leaves your reasoning in fray;

Impetus drives you to do what you may be into,

Not necessary, someone else’s reflection or affirmation, won’t be skew;

Then how could it be concluded whether the course would keep you afloat or sink,

The followed conception is guided by your veracious instincts;

Path is crowded with cactus, thence escape those undesired tangles,

Or for how long with those thorny souls one would indulge in endless grapples;

Inspiration is enough to sail in the direction of what one desire,

To succeed, one should first distinguish between the righteous & erroneous & not mere blindly admire;

But on the path there would be some blooming flowers,

Who would be comforting with inspiration & not with dissension or cower;

Arduous, discerning the true emotions, if exists, in those big eyes,

And to find the genuine tenderness & devotion in those smiles;

The spur to search truth shouldn't commence from someone else’s reflection, but shalt look into your own heart,

Not a myth, every chapter in the end point towards another splendid start :)

Simulated!!

And one day, a theory was postulated by some physicists & experts,

That cosmic delusion is a hologram or this may be a simulated world;

Some look underneath the crust, some beneath the ocean,

Some observe the space, hoping to explore & discover a portal;

There are others who discern the ancient wisdom & texts,

To unveil the mystic truth about cosmic truth & facts;

And wouldn't it be Empyrean, uncovering purpose & context?

Amidst infinitude quandaries, in which animated flesh dwells,

For resources & civilizations, exude vicious spells & shells;

Still! Shalt look beyond the horizon in the cosmos, who knows, perhaps there future awaits,

As innumerous discordant ideologies here, exists with reactionary traits;

But, presume, this unconventional proposition is conceded,

That the whole pattern is a fabrication, verity simulated;

Then the quest becomes convoluted, why bequeathed when undone,

The desire to know only mushrooms, in this matrix, where hides ‘The One’! :)

For Fame.....

Confined to this holy grail of space

With conventional & populous thoughts, embraced     

The longing for name shalt be echoed everywhere

From dawn to dusk projected in the air

The quest is never to find who are we

Reflection of the soul is abandoned in the sea

What it brings, peace or grace?

Or a mere reflection in the mirror of a liar’s face

Are the aspirations only to win beings & polls?

And what infuses the mind to play the deceptive roles

If the contention is only to win everyone’s aye!

Not a myth, same entities won’t remember you with your last goodbye

But if one still traverses to be selfsame structures like others

Would be lost in the delusion of murky goodness, the true you shalt remain covered :(

Compulsory Licences - Patents

As Churchill once stated: Capitalism is the unequal distribution of wealth BUT Socialism is the equal distribution of poverty. Right?  Wrong? Whatever, but cannot be Ignored!

I am a supporter of Patents & IP. Indeed, those who innovate or create, they put their endeavours, thence deserve their share. Thus, hereinafter content shalt be read taking this perspective of mine in mind.

The fact is: poor, developing or developed, any land is built by its citizens. The Wealth of Values. The Wealth of Intellect. The wealth of Goodness, Freedom, Art, Innovation. And the Wealth with reference to Ackers itself, are all created by its people.

The kind of Practices, Policies, Political Correctness (When Politically used, Exceedingly Condemnable), Clans, Leaders, Entrepreneurs, System etc.  exists or being followed, can either transmute a land for good or perish it.     

The above was just an introduction which encompasses everything under the ambit of it. Including Pharma & Health Sector. Now when this sector is metamorphosed into a tourism industry, ethically condemnable.  

Though one deserve the right to be compensated for their Discovery ++ (I refer to Innovation as Discovery ++) or Discovery, jointly or severally, but then what should be the cost? And what about 'moral' responsibilities? While it cannot be forced upon anyone and shalt never be forced coz that diminishes the facet of fair competition. But somewhere there shalt be a regulated conscience. Now how and where we question the existence of regulated conscience, compulsory license & revocation plays its role. It's a highly debatable subject and immensely important. Like, in Bayer vs Natco Pharma,  which revolved around compulsory license application filed by Natco Pharma against Bayer's in house drug called Nexavar, which in India valued around R. 2.84 L ($ 4,202) per Patient per Month, and the subsequent grant of compulsory license to Natco who proposed to provide the same generic drug to Patients at R. 8,800 ($ 130) per month per patient. Later the decision was ratified by the HC & then upheld by SC. Conclusion, the said conscience of introducing a Drug so expensive was not justified at all.

Thence, grant of compulsory licence is decided upon case to case basis. One who seeks, has to go through lot of documentation to prove that the earlier introductory conscience was wrong. And was absolutely unjustified.

Furthermore, weak currency shalt be no excuse to commence medical tourism or this concept should not be applied blanketly.

Though the Pharma companies & Health Organizations have good hold on the market, it's them who should decide what the term consciousness mean to them.

BTW, about all this chemical compounds & increased life cycle of medication, I have seen my Parents for Years, neither expensive cancer treatments worked nor renal transplants :(

Whatever, I believe, Innovation (Discovery ++) is the Future. Innovators & Creators deserve their share. Innovation stimulates the growth on Terra. And it's the Innovation which keeps the Clock Ticking :)

Quandary!

Arduous to contemplate the true context of positivity or negativity. A well 360-degree view would unveil the expanse of quandary which exists today on TERRA that can neither be fathomed nor resolved, wholly. Not a myth, would then be a contrived positivity to have Faith. From Theory of Political Correctness (A Sterling Concept or Futile, you decide) to Managing Terra (Through Oil Rich Supplements - Ideology - Power - Concocted Journalism – Blood – Devaluations – Politicking Hunger Games), a saturation point has reached where now every cult, every land & every ideology is battling, some for survival, some to takeover. Must confess, someone exuding positive emotions is selfsame to, a smile on the face who puke on the system with disgrace, behind. The compassion is misused, undeniably. When really young and at times when we dispute off with strong opinions, elders console, pacify or correct us (when they themselves are not wrong), and if they are present. But when exists Ideological Torpedoes, Power Regeneration, Manufactured Policy Makers, Manufactured Identities, Cult Centric Developers, Planned Errand, Loathful Journalism/Journos (specially in Developing Lands who bamboozle Developing Minds): Exist no Species, to control the phenomenon. And truly, that’s a Big Fat Problem!

Dwelled in Poverty, promptly becomes rich? Insecurity Uprise;

Already Rich? Lives in Fear, Spread Lies;

Falls in between the two? Spend your life in complex, scared taking any risk or committing Mistakes;

Always lived below all? Used by many with a destructible Fate.

So now everyone is part of a game. Few are fair.  Many unfair. Checks & Balances are more Theoretically Regulated and Managed than Practically Comprehended. 

For some Globalization is a boon, some consider it as disgust.

For some Diversity is promising, for some it ponders only prejudice.

Understandable!

And some are just Lost in Diversity. And those who buttress both but suppress it in their own land, shall be questioned as that’s duplicity.

Positivity=Faith. Positivity=Belief. But in what? In whom? For what? Depends. Coz it encompasses everything. Good or Bad. True, actions speak more than words, but not a myth, words created cults. So how you comprehend it, you decide.

Thence, we are playing game like immature with no referee. We can only hope that we don’t end up putting Terra in Jeopardy.    

And as said by Plato: All is flux, nothing stays still :)
