Glittering Opulence!

Statistically, we can make distinct inferences by segregating systems in the social arena populated by the distinct ideologies with establishments proportional to their standards. It might be a bygone and unknown saying: You can’t expect someone to be an Angel who hasn't been raised in Heaven. But subsequently this too precisely is an undisputed and undeniable fact that the good teachings can alter the dimensions of cognition taking the affected towards the path of good. But inference cannot be concluded too that the beholder of solace would be the disciple of great teachings.

Without any hunch, the conduct can diverge according to the system. But it’s the conscience which purely defines a man. Now narrowing down to the context referring to the opulence, and it may encompass anything, from knowledge to glittering solids, if you perceive scrupulously the effect of instant opulence, the actions subjected to the persona is recoiled in the almost selfsame approach. A well affluent would be in a state of Insecurity . A poor would precisely be in a locus of being unbalanced. And the Middle would be in a temper of being namby pamby and self centered against the right. And a more conclusive amalgamated term would be an unbalanced insecure being where the definitions would only be transmuted to its antithesis when being personally aggrieved but to the extent and until the edge where they define themselves.

There is absolutely no wrong defining yourself under any predefined edge. But when to maintain that threshold, any being alters, mutates or manipulates and distorts the system or any individual within that system, then no inference can be concluded to any extent and thence all those kindred to distinct social arenas are then defined within the same concept and standards.

Mentorship: A More Refined Concept!

The conceptualization of Mentorship is mutated. Would you call it Mentorship if you Mentor an A++ holder bloke. Would have to denounce this Subjective Theory of Mentoring.

If you perceive it scrupulously, this subjective theory is accepted in abundance. But the most distressed part comes when Teachers, Mentors and Preachers themselves become Discontented Beings thus becoming arduous as what kind of knowledge, wisdom or guidance they would share with their followers or disciples. No Doubt, the teachings would be as per the acceptance and expectations of the social homosapiens, but it would always subsist with the spot of diluted sanctity.

The questions ensue: Does the Mentor illuminate with the mojo box of knowledge to the Mentee for his own desires? Does the Mentor understand the perspective of the Mentee as on which road he wants to walk a mile or miles? Or Does the Mentor, himself being contented, but wrongly Mentors an egocentric bloke, who later defies the edge and the threshold of that knowledge for not to be used for any right conduct?       

Still this is something paradoxical to ascertain the concept of which one truly defines Mentoring.

But one thing is certain: Mentorship is not Mentoring A++ Candidate. The Real Deal is to Mentor an F Grade holder Mentee.

Profession & Principles: Is There Any Correlation?

Ever wondered why Robin-hood was considered as one of the best loved hero, though on screen, despite knowing his profession?  And why you love the Ogre but could never endure even Prince Charming. You might love the indigenous loving character of any model millionaire but couldn't accept the conduct of those unpleasant people on a good Position but lacking principles. You would want to see Optimus Prime defeating Humans perfidious desires. 

Now you might be pondering what made me to correlate some marvelous fanciful characters with reality?

Answer: When you can’t stand those Janus Faced actions of nefarious imaginary dramatis personae played by the Projectors, how can you conduce, reaching to a conclusion that the persona drizzled from this entity’s aura is enough to acknowledge the sanctity of any good pure conduct of this homosapien merely coz he belongs to a predefined acknowledged reputed profession.   

No doubt education and reputed profession refines a person. It refines to the limit where you can represent yourself anywhere, with the knowledge you have received. But it never refines you or your individuality. You can rely on the information given by the said entity as long as it’s subject specific, not beyond that.

Thence, as long as there would be this mirage misconception that the principles are proportional to profession, the more we would desert ourselves in understanding the concept of knowledge and wisdom beyond subject specific.

The Transmutation of Positivity?

So what’s Positivity? An Unprincipled Man with Bad Conduct & Conscience but with Good Repute is Negative or Positive? Well the answer would be proportional to how much you justify your own conduct. And the thesis of justifications pursued by the said entity would decide under which ambit the said homosapien falls. And on almost all occasions that would be Positive.

Now the further distinction could be made between the Good and the Great. Obviously people don’t remember Good. But Being Good is the Crossover to the journey towards Being Great. You can’t be Bad to be Great. But verily, it again depends upon the implied justifications surmised by that said entity taking his conducts and perceptions as measurement. But don’t expect any Error Analysis coming out from the same. It’s free from any Error. Would be six sigma analysis with negligible variations.

Thence if we meticulously read the transformation of the word Positivity, the said word is mutated and altered into Negativity. Though we generally don’t accept the same taking cognition of the measurements made from the distinct justifications minus the absolute errors of ours, but certainly the sanctity of the word positive has been transmuted to its antithetical.

So, what Lessons we have perused in this Election Season and in the Last Few Months:

ü  Twitter valuation should be $70 a share. Lot of truth, from any individual’s persona to character gets unfolded in the public domain.

ü  Measure of Impotency or Sexual activeness is imperative for success in career.

ü  Some people are as strong and hard in their 60s as they were in their Teens.

ü  Whose wife is it anyway?

ü  I would always be my Daddy’s girl. So, don't pretend!

ü  OH! So you are honest. Must be Whimsical & Looser!

ü  He came with a good conduct but then it got diluted.

ü  Hey Lokpal was my baby. Did everyone forget me?

ü  We ‘still’ suffer from ‘Indian Born American/British’ inferiority complex syndrome.

ü  Tylon is more appreciable than Oogway.

ü  We only Re-Tweet or Like either Blarneying or Yo Momma tweets.

ü  The Degree course ‘Masters in Wisdom’ has been De-recognized by UGC and AICTE. The Students enrolled in the said course are now doomed.

We Search for 'ONE' Document to turn Depraved into Moral and 'ONE' Document to Crucify an Honest.

The Last Lesson I have recited so many times that I succeeded in embedding it into my DNA.

Do Youths have the 'Absolute' Credibility to Criticize?

So we are perceiving an Era of Youths. Without any hunch we can conduce that they have the key (as I am not sure about the wisdom) to change the structure the way the system works. From DeGeneres talking about the power of Youths in Oscars, to the formation of distinct ‘Cult of Youths’ before  Elections, there is precisely Evolution of one wave and that is ‘Youth Wave’. When we acknowledge Youths Power, everything is acknowledged: from their Criticism to their Solutions for Resurrecting the System, no matter how potential or adolescent it is. But Do Youths have the ‘Absolute’ credibility to Criticize? That’s a matter of Thorough Discussion.

80 percent (And that’s a Fictitious Assumed Figure and Data concluded on the basis of My Perception) of them are utterly 'obsessed' with two aspects: Money, the primary fixation & for some, lecherous gaze(Pardon me for using the latter word), which further they take it in Verbatim. There is an utter distinction between Being Obsessed and Being Natural. And the former always prevails.  Any instance where anyone has perceived the Youths being standing beside any Victim of Denial of Natural Justice in any Organization/Sector where they Work or have Worked? I would disavow the existing of any such Stats coz the existence of the same might be not plausible.

The mentioned here in supra obsession is achieved through the ‘Cut & Slit Throat Competition’. The catalyst, Impressive Mindset has exploded the obsession more vigorously. 

The blokes, included in the fictitious data that is concluded through perception, when it comes on their personal Job or Business, they can stoop to any unscrupulous demeanor stratagem to save their position in any Organization or Sector, which is further ignited by the explained dual catalysts. So on what rationale, they can criticize: The Irrationality of any Irrational when their own Rationality is Irrational?

If any illiterate or an utter uneducated person unfolds this demeanor, then the things can be understood and his issues can be heard which might help him changing any wrong perception. But when exceedingly Educated people unfolds these obsessions, then it's arduous to resurrect the conception. 

Contrary, we cannot also solely rely on the other or Older Generation (or Gen -1). But if the 20 percent of the Rationales included in the Fictitious Data of Gen Next (or Gen +1) and some Rationale Percentage of the other Generation (or Gen -1) collaborate, then the extrinsic and intrinsic characteristics of the System could be altered to outmatch to excel.

Can Education buy you a Good Character or Wisdom?

It’s a bygone and famed saying that: to know tomato is a fruit is intelligence but not putting it in a fruit salad is wisdom. Not being a sociologist,  it could be surmised but its not absolute that one who has Wisdom, might have a Good Character. But a question ensues! Does Education provide you wisdom or a good character? And I would avow: NEVER!

What Education prepares you for a ‘performance based work oriented management’, where you can through your subject knowledge, which has been vouchsafed to you, outdo to outshine. But do you acquire a good character with the same? Nope and Denounced.

If you closely perceive an ‘Exceedingly Educated’ and an ‘Uneducated’ person, to some enormity you would conclude that, both could defeat each other as who could be best in Being: Selfish or Greedy. The Former because of Competition and the latter of Insecurity. Obviously there are distinct personalities with eminent persona and thus we cannot conclude with this proposition.

As Luthans discussed the difference between an Effective and Successful Managers. Networking played an important role and thence, FB and TW became a hit. Now 600 friends plus a good degree concludes you to be positive and socializing and could hold the responsibility and play a protagonist.  But honestly, can an exceedingly socializing person ever understand the essence of depth, and thus people? Nope.

We admire movies like Wolf of Wall Street coz inside somewhere we loved the persona of the protagonist Jorden coz he has been projected as the same. No publicity is bad publicity, even if it’s negative. What Logic?  In the Theoretical training sessions, we are been taught: 'Learn to say No'! And people take this verbatim and implement it everywhere, using their intelligence, but not wisdom. Mostly we like the position and not the person. The perception changes with the position.That’s intelligence but not wisdom. 

And verily, who propagates such propositions?

Thus, as said by someone: you can buy education but wisdom is a gift from God.

How FB / TW helps in unfolding veracity of your realization!

Being an utter naïve and guileless in valuations, still I support the valuation of Facebook or Twitter, which I presume being criticized by some in the past. And what’s my contention for the same? Its a trivial proposition but a person, not being much into socializing or good in conducing a Hunch, it’s been arduous for him to comprehend and surmise the Feelings or Liking of any individual towards him, if precisely for the said individual, he had/has an exceedingly genuine, good and righteous notion and the former had acknowledged it at one time, and he had/has hitch in asking the same.

And when the cognitive level of deciphering the notion becomes strenuous and paradoxical, FB or TW plays the role. It could be perceived as adolescent, but perceiving::the rejection of your friend request; hiding you from the timeline; over and above that, blocking you, decrypts ciphers and unfolds the feelings and approach towards you by this ‘one time’ conduct of that individual, which may further succor you conducing whether your long pending perception and hunch about her was illusionary or realistic.

This unadorned approach helps you in realization of your belief, no matter how good it is, true or fallacious.

Thence, even $70 a share wont be overvalued, for me, with such unadorned approach in unfolding veracity of your realization.

Being Contented!!!

One of my friend asked me: does emotions pay at work? And I thought, could it be?

'Being Emotional’ might lead you nowhere but towards the lowest point in your career. And precisely, if not towards the lowest point, it wont help you to reach the pinnacle either. WHY?

Most Humans have two ambitions: Either to be the most Successful or Contented.

That doesn't mean a successful man achieves contentment or vice versa.

Verily,its arduous for me to comprehend and acknowledge an ‘Emotional Successful Man’. Instead People follow to be what may be comprehended as Being: ‘Street Smart’ or 'Excessive Pragmatic' or 'Selfish' or 'Egotistical'. And well, that certainly pays you, a lot. Thence, one prefers to be ‘Egotistical’ rather ‘Emotional’. But categorically, two distinct expressions.

'Being Emotional' provides the ability to take responsibility or to stand always for "Good Conduct & Moral Values". And it doesn't cut down on this only. But following the same would certainly give you a gleeful warmth and contentment.

Contrary, 'Being Egotistical' or whatever mentioned herein supra might help you in becoming barefaced, to a certain extent, and proficient in acquiring knowledge of how to stand beside Yourself and assimilate you in taking cognition to follow the best pragmatic approach which would or ought to have or might have paid you as per your expected desires. Nothing Wrong in that too. But, 'Being Human', would such perspective towards life would ever make you 'Contented'? 
I feel...it would Never! It might only create a Cult of 'Being Chameleons'.
