I
read an article in Reuters about Canada expanding the scope of euthanasia,
as what was once only for terminally ill patients, now could be applicable for
even non-terminally (ill or not) as well, in the coming year(s).
Before commenting on the Western or Indian Medical System, let me give a brief introduction about present evolving times & the West’s pseudo-Marxism being amplified by its mainstream as caretakers, enshrouded with counterfeit kaleidoscopic diversity,
which is nothing but corporate recruitment policies & politics masquerading to be considered as diversity of nations. And
of course, Indian Medical System even today, too, Sucks. Thanks to decades of
Political Correctness & Politics of the Politicians since independence, that
further helped in the rise of population. Massively expensive, Insurance
Policies are contingent, & if you don’t have cash, the reliable
Hospitals would indirectly ask you to opt for a Palliative Care of your
own, till your last breadth. BUT Canada, being the Second largest nation, with
ample of natural resources, rich, wherein diversity was developed either by galvanizing
healthy working class, or of terror sympathizers, or, via
investments from the next door Neighbor or China; opting such policies is unfathomable! Further, it’s
true that one’s life is one’s choice or decision; but with mere 30-40 million
population & one of the richest nations in the World, opting such policies,
& still being considered as the nation of values, to the extent that, when
Mr. Trump was elected, the pseudo-Marxists of US took oath of shifting to
Canada, alas, which they never, I presume!
I
hate to give this example again & again but can’t help as the other stories I know
isn’t in the mainstream & I can’t include them in my blogs without their
permission, & due to copyright issues. So, I come from a family of Academicians
& Administrators & Teachers (Not of Traders). Yet, in 1991-92, 32
Years back, imagine that era of India, my Dad opted for the most
expensive treatment for my Mom i.e. Renal Transplants, & for the next seven
years of multiple complicated surgeries & hundreds of times of hospitalizations.
Not even for a split-second moment I saw my father having the expression
for my Mom, alike Canadian Medical Practitioners -> “Why don’t you die?”
Remember, He Not being a Trader, but a simple Doctorate Academician,
just alike his own Father & Grandfather too were in Academia. And then, so
as more than a decade later of that, I too never asked my Dad the same thing,
when he was on terminally-ill stage of cancer.
Now,
is Canada’s evolving mindset truly the footprints of original Canadians, or,
of something else, or, of due to change in demographics in the
present times, no idea; but, such evolving traits needs to be segregated, &
analyzed!
Regarding
euthanasia for anyone; then, instead of creating stage for all this overacting +
procedural legalities of showing the World of how much they care about lives;
why not openly convey everyone with one Government notification -> “if
you wish to die, die, don’t bother us!”
And
of course, everyone dies eventually. Question is, witnessing what evolutionary
traits in any evolutionary perceivable cycle! And thus, doing, what ought to
have been done, once confirming that the evolution irreversibly changed
its trajectory for good, hence, discerning the best henceforth
steps of evolution of any species!
That’s
the question!
