This is pointless to ask whether Diversity is a blessing or misfortune to any nation, or not following any single narrative in administration ends up being detrimental to society, unless two questions are analyzed first:
Q.1. What would’ve been the fate of Mid-East+, Communist & Western nations had they embraced actual Diversity since their inception, as so far, seems they didn’t/haven’t?
Q.2. In the event of excessively diversified nations getting ruined; what’s the cause? Was/Is it any past invasion or loot or present domestic corruption? OR, not following single narrative or culture in administration?
Unless the above two questions are being answered (further not sticking to data alone in verbatim), we may not be able to conduce whether Diversity is a blessing or misfortune to any nation. Some may say, but they’re rich & free. Are they?
Mid-East+ isn’t Diverse. So as Communist lands. West tried to embrace, yet, didn’t understand the concept, rather narrowed it to mere:
1. Gender
2. Poor-Rich
3. Color/Race
4. Test Scores
And not an iota of understanding of evolutionary traits embedded & packaged within it.
Mere representation isn’t Diversity. Nor so inclusion. So as requires courage to embrace fate what it brings upon, or, diffuse sans being pliable. 😊
