Satiated

Once a Well that satiated thirst,

Of those around souls alive;

And not a drop of it that lost,

Never paved to nurture contrived.

There’s saying who quenched its longings,

In & through via different lands;

And the one that made self evoked,

Is where one’s journey began.

Oh! Saline in abundance, can’t be slurped,

Until went through machines, heavy toils;

What even with blinded sight, drank,

Invaluable shouldn’t glued to numbers or quelled.

A day came when Well, satiated rusted,

But could not address its presence or galvanized;

And so went with all whatever remained,

Until consumed unnoticed in lands of different size!
