‘Knowledge that should’ve never been bequeathed’

An old aphorism there’s what unveils truth,

That knowledge is a precious gift;

Greater its intensity, more force it brings,

Conscientious obligation, coated with guilt!

Bygone saying, not all shalt be superheroes,

And when all be, then none remains;

As one’s always hungry another contented,

This battle shalt take world down the drain.

So in ancient times when knowledge bequeathed,

Appraised were first evolutionary traits;

And if one failed in litmus test, then forsaken,

From knowledge used when existence is at stake!

And here comes a time where bequeathed,

Who shouldn’t have been but known the page;

Forbidden though never meant to be forgotten,

Alas! Misused; can’t be forgiven, come what age! :(
