Abysmal

In a well once so deep,
Lived frogs, were sheep;
Sight of stars only, beyond,
Spent nights with melancholy songs.

In a well once so creep,
A day one frog when all asleep;
Commenced ascending walls,
Abysmal unmeasured, who would crawl?

When all saw him; called,
Shrieked in dismay, would fall;
There’s no escape beyond,
Afar far away too forbye haunt.

But frog saw no back,
Posited eyes on sulking black;
From abysmal, it only who breathed fresh,
As didn’t listen; why? Was deaf! 😊
