The issue with most of the Social Influencers or let's include Trainers or Motivational Speakers is that many merely resound Selfsame Concerns & related familiar Common Quotes & Solutions. Seriously, had that been so simple, then forget about Individuals, Nations would have upgraded themselves long time back, maybe decades or centuries ago, to an Ameliorated Fabric.

The Scene

Nothing Wrong in That! Fair Competition is indeed Indispensable & is another Pillar of our Society. But to some extent, a certain degree of Complexes & Instability are implanted within Abundant Cognitions that were/are either Not Internally Nurtured OR Remained Unhandled from the Beginning. And the same is Applicable for Big Guardians too. And BTW, what 'Word' we'll then use for Noted Beings like Einstein or Tesla or Others?

As Spherical Jungle turned Incongruous & Heated;

Commenced traversing Path playing 'TRIPOLAR' Chords,

Complexes

Complexes are Embedded. It Reverberates. Being Ostentatious won't change Natural. Nor Being Schooled or Being Unschooled. As I ALWAYS contend that Schooling might Refine someone for Performance Based Work Oriented Management BUT that would only be Superficial or a Coating. That coating one may have to repaint again & again. As the embedded ones are arduous to alter as when one is utterly drenched in the fabric then there's no chance for further understanding or realization.

Circus

Time when Sphere enwreathed with smoke & flames,

Lands skedaddled making friends or foes or who to blame;

The Kingdom that once conquered from east to west,

Eventually disenthralled one by one lands it possessed.
