An Archer once in search of Sterling
Guide,
Reached abode where dwelled The
Saint;
Who was known for 'wisdom &
temper' possessed,
Said, 'Sire, you craft
glittering diamonds, was told,
What worth mine to plead to
bestow me;
With erudition of colossal
enlightenment,
And ameliorated fruits of heavenly
tree.'
Replied, 'Not rugged you seem though
perseverance is seen,
Weathered by roads still verve
you preserve,
What one's worth, who am I to
challenge?
Would preach & confer whatever
you deserve!'
The days crawled, inspiring
was stage,
But with each day passed
realized The Saint;
Those adroitness instructions can't
be bestowed,
As 'Eyes' revealed whatever
harangued would be unfollowed & devoured;
That compelled The Saint to 'Convene'
those few Acolytes.
