The Greatest

Once a Man was lying near Shore,
Soaked in timelessness under tree;
The eyes gazed, faded momentarily,
Tribulations pointed while sailing in oceans & seas.

Another passed & watched him lost,
This day alongside path he never walked;
Murmured - 'Oh! Sun is bright, at center it's reached,
Why this who Look so Bright lying bare feet?
May be procrastinating or untrained,
In comfort there shalt be no rise or gain;
The Bright he looks might not be, as seen,
Or might his inculcated knowledge & wealth has lost sheen.'

The spoken words found way to reach,
His ears which for prolong heard only mighty tides;
Drifted in the unknown, thrust & smashed,
That floated his flesh near Shore side.

He looked at that stranger & nodded to greet,
Watched his steps on 'mapped charted street';
Then looked behind across stormy oceans & uncharted paths,
Rested before to commence, with unseen truth kindled in his heart.
