So we are perceiving an Era of Youths. Without any hunch we can
conduce that they have the key (as I am not sure about the wisdom) to change
the structure the way the system works. From DeGeneres talking about the power
of Youths in Oscars, to the formation of distinct ‘Cult of Youths’ before
Elections, there is precisely Evolution of one wave and that is ‘Youth
Wave’. When we acknowledge Youths Power, everything is acknowledged: from their
Criticism to their Solutions for Resurrecting the System, no matter how potential or adolescent it is. But Do Youths have the ‘Absolute’ credibility
to Criticize? That’s a matter of Thorough Discussion.
80 percent (And that’s a Fictitious Assumed Figure and Data
concluded on the basis of My Perception) of them are utterly
'obsessed' with two aspects: Money, the primary fixation & for some,
lecherous gaze(Pardon me for using the latter word), which further
they take it in Verbatim. There is an utter distinction between Being Obsessed and Being
Natural. And the former always prevails. Any instance where anyone has perceived
the Youths being standing beside any Victim of Denial of Natural Justice in any Organization/Sector where they Work or have Worked? I would disavow the
existing of any such Stats coz the existence of the same might be not
plausible.
The mentioned here in supra obsession is achieved through the ‘Cut
& Slit Throat Competition’. The catalyst, Impressive
Mindset has exploded the obsession more vigorously.
The blokes, included in the fictitious data that is concluded through perception, when it comes on their personal Job or Business, they can stoop to any unscrupulous demeanor stratagem to save their position in any Organization or Sector, which is further ignited by the explained dual catalysts. So on what rationale, they can criticize: The Irrationality of any Irrational when their own Rationality is Irrational?

If any illiterate or an utter uneducated person unfolds
this demeanor, then the things can be understood and his issues can be
heard which might help him changing any wrong perception. But when exceedingly
Educated people unfolds these obsessions, then it's arduous to resurrect
the conception.
Contrary, we cannot also solely rely on the other or Older
Generation (or Gen -1). But if the 20 percent of the Rationales
included in the Fictitious Data of Gen Next (or Gen +1) and
some Rationale Percentage of the other Generation (or Gen -1) collaborate,
then the extrinsic and intrinsic characteristics of the System could be altered
to outmatch to excel.
