I will always contend
to have a separate INDEPENDENT Women Grievance Cell for Innocent Women in every Organization, be
it Public or Private.
The recent Woman
IAS suspension fighting for probity worries me a lot.
How about those
Women who Fight like her in Corporate or other Organizations?? Either they are
Fired or Anguished.
My Contention
is: Would any Organization take action against an employee, even after knowing the improper persona or conduct of that person, who brings huge business to him. NOPE. I don’t know
the stats coz I am not sure whether such stats even exists.
And why only
concentrate on Women. Why can’t we have HONESTY Grievance Cell in every
Organization!
Furthermore, why
can’t we have Ethics and Moral Science Training Sessions in every Organization
on weekends? That’s indispensable!!
