Well, this is
confounding to me. Is any Education Institute's relationship with a Student
a Contract? And what does that mean? For non payment of Fees, can an Education
Institute ask any guileless student to leave the Institution in the midterm or
mid session? What if only a year or two are left for completion?
Can it be perceived as a
non payment of remuneration?
Furthermore, is an
Education Institute-University relationship a Contract of
Agency? Because an Institute provide degrees of some other University who can
be perceived as principal.
Thence, can the
Student-Institute relationship be comprehended as a Contract?
If Yes, would it be
Fair?
And in such cases, what could
be the role of the University?
And if it’s fair, it would be utterly
unfair!
