Recently a top Company sacked its CEO on Women Exploitation charges.
But this is not an affirmation but presumption and my individual perception that if such incident had happened in any 'Domestic' Company, I think that particular woman only would have been asked to leave the organization instantly or terminated or anguished. Why? I feel and again this is my perception that Profits take over the Ethics if the accused is good in his/her work and bringing clients and making profits.
Let me know how many companies have Women Grievance Cell in their Organization for both external and internal females. I was flabbergasted when I asked the same question and the representatives of that Organization were unable to answer the same.
Furthermore, the priority during Recruitment is given to Credentials than Ethics!
Do you have any code of conduct or law for giving wrong feedback to any other organization during the reference check process of a new candidate.NO!
Thence, unless the Directors and CEOs of such companies prefer hiring Ethical People rather giving priority only to Credentials, etc., there would be prejudice in treating women or other colleagues specially who are honest.
