Dropouts Want Tier A

Its very amusing to perceive that people who were college dropouts and have become big Entrepreneurs in Technology seeks resume from Tier A Institute only, without any Year Gaps in it. I would comprehend it as not respecting the Intellect.

Slander or Personal Loss!

So, at the time of Background Check in new organization, any old organization or its Managers, mendaciously and deliberately share negative feedback with the recent one, which further diminishes the prospects of the candidate of either getting affirmation from the present one or been purposely and willfully been suffocated at the work so he/she quit by himself. Doesn't it amount to defamation or personal loss?
