Is Education Sector for Second Inning People?

Have you ever wondered why younger talent is quite reluctant and jittery about entering in the Education Industry especially into teaching? To be very honest, if you go around and analyze, most of the people associated with the said industry are either  Second Inning People or Middle Aged, especially Women (and pardon me I am not being sexist) who complete their Phds' somewhere between age 35-40. The question arises as why, and I presume and perceive, very less attrition rate in the education sector? Follow a sense. Those women, at their middle age, as most of them, are already married. As per their family convenience, they join some institute and get stick to it. Those men, coming in this sector at their second inning are mostly corporate experienced people. So they are not interested in moving and relocating.

The question arises! When these people find some younger talent with an intellect, having immense persona, the insecurity surrounds them. As they get free by 5, mostly all of them, in the evening, what to do! Therefore the inner insecurity motivates them to play unworthy and meticulous politics to kick that younger talent out.

Note: The Researchers in the Technical and Science Field especially, who are Genuine and Massive Researchers, differs from them.

Thence, we really need some good youngsters who are intellectuals, with immense personage, in the education industry to extirpate this misapprehension that people who do not get job in the Corporates join Teaching as losers.
