Innovation only comes with motivation. No matter what, undeniably ,innovation is an investment and not Philanthropy. Motivation comes when people realize the need of the market. And for innovation, first priority is to seek for the monetary investments. And whats the point if there are no returns in terms of royalty, share or license. The only problem is some following lack of Ethics in Business, just to succeed in competition.

OSS vs Licence!
Java is an Open
Source Software. The awaited decision or result of the recent Patent and Copyright
infringement case filed by Oracle against Google can have chilling or lenient
effect on the market. That depends. If Oracle wins, then Java’s API’s will no
longer be OSS
and licence would be needed to implement it. So, will people move to some other
technologies or it will create a monopoly of Oracle in the market. Lets follow the case.

Software Patents: Mere Discovery or Innovation!
The US Software Industry especially the smaller ones are really not in favour of software patents. When argued that the other industries especially the Pharma ones share great experience, their views are to disassociate software from the Patent Law.

Means I have no idea as how a person who scores 60 percent becomes more intelligent, knowledgeable, intellectual compared to who has scored 59.7 percent. Surely I agree with the fact that by one percent you clear or flunk your exams. But come on, 0.3 and 0.2 percent decides your status of your application!
