Whether rape or corruption instances or subsequent comments by some important people on the same in general has confounded and forced me to conclude, if the Darwin's theory is reversing?

Evolution started on this planet overcoming the concept of transmutation of species, slowly but surely from non-life to purely naturalistic modification from common ancestors into human transformation with natural selection that took place with these 2 pounds of brain. Human beings confidence as being the most civilized, generous among all animals on this planet.

Have you ever wondered why younger talent is quite reluctant and jittery about entering in the Education Industry especially into teaching? To be very honest, if you go around and analyze, most of the people associated with the said industry are either  Second Inning People or Middle Aged, especially Women (and pardon me I am not being sexist) who complete their Phds' somewhere between age 35-40. Innovation vs Competition!

Innovation only comes with motivation. No matter what, undeniably ,innovation is an investment and not Philanthropy. Motivation comes when people realize the need of the market. And for innovation, first priority is to seek for the monetary investments. And whats the point if there are no returns in terms of royalty, share or license. The only problem is some following lack of Ethics in Business, just to succeed in competition.

OSS vs Licence!

Java is an Open Source Software. The awaited decision or result of the recent Patent and Copyright infringement case filed by Oracle against Google can have chilling or lenient effect on the market. That depends. If Oracle wins, then Java’s API’s will no longer be OSS and licence would be needed to implement it. So, will people move to some other technologies or it will create a monopoly of Oracle in the market. Lets follow the case.

Software Patents: Mere Discovery or Innovation!

The US Software Industry especially the smaller ones are really not in favour of software patents. When argued that the other industries especially the Pharma ones share great experience, their views are to disassociate software from the Patent Law.

I am not a guy from finance, but to be very honest, does rating really work? Means our Standard and Poor's aka S&P cuts rating of US, then Europe, then India. Means come on, will it work. It only deteriorates the sentiments. Even top rated markets have failed and underrated markets have performed well. Rather then making complex situations and analysis, the rules,laws, procedures should be rather simplex in its form.

The best profile is to become an Astronomer or an Aerospace Scientist. At  least your daily job is to look what other planets are doing in our solar system or what exactly is happening  in our galaxy or beyond that. Not dealing with daily politics, corruption, opportunists, so called 'street smart' people etc etc etc on this Planet. I should have studied hard to get into these desired profiles.
